Due to the nature of the items, they are made to order and as such have a wait time.
The turnaround is currently 42 working days
Everything is handmade so please handle with care.
Handwash at 30 degrees and reshape whilst drying.
For special occasion fabric (glitter, sequin etc) please clean with a damp sponge.
NO refunds or exchanges can be given due to the custom order nature
no changes can be made once an order is placed

IMPORTANT

If any beads or sequins become loose please remove, do not leave child unattended with any beaded/sequin fabric. Do not let the child sleep in the outfit

Postage

There are three postage options available when ordering,

First class standard £4.65

This is un untracked service with compensation available up to £20, so please be mindful if ordering large amounts

First class recorded £4.95

This includes compensation up to £50 and requires a signature, as well as tracking for piece of mind

Royal Mail Special delivery guaranteed £7.95

I recommend this service if this is a special birthday or christening outfit. It is fully tracked, requires a signature and has full compensation.
